Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of each product. Currently, shipping is only available for all US states and selected territories. Each order takes about 7-14 business days to process. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-8 business days to arrive. International shipping takes approximately 2 weeks. If your order is placed on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. Please be sure to review the selected shipping address before finalizing your order, as Charisma Roselle, LLC is not responsible for any items sent to incorrect addresses. Note: This time frame can vary due to holidays, Covid restrictions and when sales are offered!

All sales are final. Prior to finalizing order, the Buyer must verify that the Artisanal Product is capable of being delivered to the designated destination appropriately. Artisanal Products will not be accepted for return for failure to do so. 

Upon confirmation of the Final Payment, Charisma Roselle will prepare the Artisanal Product for shipment. Unless notified as Buyer's written instructions, Charisma Roselle will organize freight arrangements. Charges such as delivery, packing, crating, shipping, insurance, and applicable taxes are in addition to the stated purchase price, unless noted. All charges are pro forma and will be included on the final balance due notice.
