Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of each product. Currently, shipping is only available for all US states and selected territories. Each order takes about 7-10 business to process. Please be sure to review the selected shipping address before finalizing your order, as Charisma Roselle, LLC is not responsible for any items sent to incorrect addresses. Note: Orders finalized during or near the holiday season will take longer than normal to arrive.

All sales are final. Be sure to review product images and descriptions before completion of purchase(s). Please note that everything is constructed by hand from start to finish. If you have received a product that has been damaged in the mail, please contact us via email with pictures and any necessary details within 24 hours of the package being received.
